LOVE STORY

OTE:- THIS STORY IS NOT MINE, N ALL THE NAMES R FICTITIOUS !!

This story happened 3 years ago. I am the type of guy who chases summerz. I loved surfing and partying with my college buddies Amit, Aaysha, Neha and Harry. Aaysha was my first love we share the same interests and we seldom quarrel, that made us last for 2 years and it was great :-D.
We never really broke up, I never heard from her again the time she went to Canada with her parents :-(.
I waited 4 her for 3 months, hoping that she’ll be back or at least call me up but a news came that she got married to a guy that her parents wanted for her :-(. I couldn’t believe what I heard, i was broken into fragments. I don’t know how to continue my life without her — I even thought of committing suicide but Neha came to the rescue.
She was there for me when I felt helpless and miserable, she helped me get back up on my feet again and most of all she taught me how to love again :-). She supported me to the fullest. At first, I wasn’t really in love with her, I just felt sorry for her because she hadn’t given up on me for 5 long months but the time she told me how long she waited for me, I was greatly moved — I hugged her for a long time and promised to repay her with my newly fixed heart :-).
I learned to love her and cherish each moment that we’re together.I happy all over again.
We’ve been dating for a year and I thought that I should take our relationship to the next level so i proposed to her, she was so dramatic and made her look even more beautiful, she blushed n accepted my propoasal n i was on cloud 9 :-).
2 months after the engagement I received a call from Harry and Amit — my college buddies.
They suggested that it would be nice if we have a reunion before the wedding, Neha agreed to the idea.
The reunion was in Goa — a total beach paradise it reminded me of my surfing and partying days. The second day, my life was turned upside down — Aaysha arrived.
I didn’t know what to think, I was speechless, i was aghast. Amit and Harry looked at each other and I can even read their mind they’re saying — Uh oh, this is bad!.  Aaysha smiled at me and greeted me, before I can even say anything (or not) Neha held on me and told her about our engagement , Neha was trying to act cool and friendly but I can feel her fear.
The next day, I finally came back to my senses !! Aaysha and I got a chance to talk.
She asked  about my life, how my life was and my relationship with Neha, I answered her boastfully bragging about Neha and she said that she was happy for me — her response hurt me in a way I can’t understand, maybe I want to hear her beg me to take her again. It was my time to ask, I asked her how her married life was, then she looked at me with confusion seen on her face. “Married?! I was never married!” — Her reply aghasted me. I told her everything I knew how she married the guy and how her parents approved of it, she laughed upon hearing about it. She told me that her parents did arrange someone for her but she objected and ran away because she loves me — she started to cry when she uttered the words “I love you” to me, then I held her tight and tears fell down my cheeks, I felt the scent and the warmth again that I longed for so long, that feeling was awesome.
“Are we really going our separate ways?” she asked in a low voice, that question pierced through me, it gave me a shivering effect and I remained silent. We head back to the resort, Neha hugged me and Aaysha walked away. Even though I’m wrapped in Neha's arms my eyes were following Aaysha. Neha is not dumb she knows what’s going on but she acts like nothing is going on — I know she’s hurt and I couldn’t bear see her like that, I asked her if something’s bothering her and she replied that she’s fine and forced a smile, I smile back and faced the other side of the bed — then she held me tightly and started to cry, she told me that’s she’s scared of loosing me. I faced her and held her until she fell asleep, she looked pale and sad, I asked myself if I really love her or am I still in love with Aaysha, at that point my life was bifurcated. All of us partied the next night, I asked Neha to dance with me but she had to pick up a phone call, Aaysha showed up and we danced.
Aaysha looked beautiful as before and memories of us flooded my mind — we kissed. The time I opened my eyes I saw Neha, she was staring at us with tears in her eyes, I attempted to go over to her but she ran away.
Aaysha, apologized and walked away leaving me alone and confuse, I slept on Amit's room that night I don’t have the guts to show my face to Neha. Amit woke me up at 6:30 in the morning, he told me that I had to make a choice — if I choose NEha, Aaysha will be gone for good and if i choose Aaysha, Neha's gone.
It flabbergasted me, honestly, my first choice was Aaysha as i was running to see her on the beach, I thought of Neha and i felt a big lost in my heart, I stopped halfway on where I’m suppose to go.I turned back and ran as fast I could — I realized that I love Neha more.
I went back to Amit, he gave me Neha’s engagement ring she asked him to give it back to me , Neha left.
I arrived at the airport just in time her flight number was called. How long are you going to keep running away from me? I asked her. She turned back and I hugged her tightly. She asked so many questions about Aaysha but I silenced her the time I knelt and proposed to her again.
Now we are happily married and we have a son named Rajveer. :-)

Here's a small story 'bout a married couple…:
When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said,
I’ve  something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Suddenly I didn’t know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I WANT A DIVORCE by saying this  I raised the topic calmly. She didn’t seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?
I avoided her question which made her angry. She threw away the plates at the dinning table and shouted at me, U r not a man! That night, we didn’t talk to each other, v didnt face each other while sleeping. she wept whole night. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I
could hardly give her a satisfactory answer.
She had lost my heart to sara. I didn’t love
her anymore. I just pitied her! i was in love with Sara.

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she
could own our house, our car, and 35% stake of my company. She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent eight years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time,
resources and energy but I could not take
back what I had said for I loved Sara so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see.To me her cry was actually a kind of
release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn’t have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day
with Sara. When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again. In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn’t want anything from me, but needed a month’s notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our daughter had her exams in a month’s time
and she didn’t want to disrupt her with our broken marriage. This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day.
She requested that every day for the month’s duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted
her odd request.
I told Sara about my wife’s divorce conditions.  She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our daughter clapped behind us, daddy is
holding mommy in his arms. Her words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the
door, I walked over twelve meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don’t tell our daughter bout the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn’t looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.

Onthe fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I
didn’t tell Sara bout this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger. She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily. Suddenly it hit me… she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head. Our daughter came in at the moment and said, Dad, it’s time to carry mom out. To her, seeing her father carrying her mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our daughter to come closer and hugged her tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day. But her much lighter weight made me sad.

On the last day, when I held her in my
arms I could hardly move a step. Our daughter  had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn’t noticed that our life lacked intimacy.I drove to office…. jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind…I walked upstairs. Sara opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Sara, I do not want the divorce anymore.
She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head.
Sorry, Sara, I said, I won’t divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because
she and I didn’t value the details of our lives, not because we didn’t love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.
Sara seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears.
I walked downstairs and drove away. At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I’ll carry you out every morning until death do us apart. That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed – dead.
My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Sara to even  notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our daughter, in case we push thru with the divorce.– Atleast, in the eyes of our daughter— I’m a loving
husband….

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the
mansion, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse’s friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage! If you don’t share this, nothing will happen to you. If you do, you just might save a marriage. Many of life’s failures are people who did
not realize how close they were to success
when they gave up.
Thanx a lot for reading this J J
